Are you drinking enough water these days? 

Do a quick test. Gently pinch the skin on the back of the hand with your thumb and finger then pull up for a few seconds. If the skin springs back rapidly in less than 2 seconds, that’s good. But if the skin maintains a little tent then slowly goes back to normal, it’s usually a sign of dehydration.

Time to drink up – for the health of your body and your teeth.
