We go to the gym, jog or do pilates to give our bodies a good workout but what about our faces?

Facial Yoga is a series of exercises where you intentionally isolate and tone your face muscles. Doing four poses twice a day, is said to tone our faces and necks which enhances our smiles. 

Want to try one of the exercises? Place your index fingers on the corner of your mouth and smile, showing all your upper teeth. Curl your tongue up, taking five seconds to move it slowly to one side, and then five seconds to move it to the other side. Repeat this for 30 seconds total, moving slowly and deliberately and breathing throughout.
